Our Commitment

We work with dental practices across the UK, and we take it seriously when something doesn’t go to plan — whether that’s about our marketing work, our communication, or how we’ve handled your account. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what you can expect from us once you do.

How to Make a Complaint

You can raise a complaint with us in any of the following ways:

To help us look into it quickly, please include your practice name, the best way to reach you, and as much detail as you can about what happened — including dates, names of anyone involved, and any relevant emails or documents.

What Happens Next

We’ll acknowledge your complaint within [3 working days] of receiving it. A member of our team will then review what happened, which may include speaking with you directly for more detail. We aim to give you a full response, including what we’ve found and what we’re doing about it, within [10 working days].

If your complaint is complex and needs more time, we’ll let you know why and give you a revised timeframe.

If You’re Not Satisfied With Our Response

If you don’t feel your complaint has been resolved, you can ask for it to be reviewed by [Name / Job Title — e.g. a Director], who was not involved in the original response.

If your complaint relates specifically to one of our adverts or marketing claims, you also have the right to raise it with the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA), the UK’s independent regulator of advertising, via asa.org.uk.

Confidentiality

Any complaint you raise with us is handled confidentially and will only be shared with the people who need to know about it in order to investigate and resolve it.
